PassivPlans is a Dalby Building Design company that can help you out with your next home build or renovation.
01. Concept Plans
This stage includes the preparation of conceptual drawings which can include existing floor plans, proposed floor plans, building elevations and 3D views.
02. Construction Plans
Once stage 1 has been completed, then we move onto construction plans that can include sections, framing schedules, sub-floor layouts, tie-down and bracing details as well as storm-water and energy efficiency plans.
03. Engage Consultants
As required, we can coordinate with engineers, hydraulics technicians and energy efficient specialists to meet your councils building application requirements.
About Us
PassivPlans was established in 2021 by owner and director Steve Cant, who brings over 13 years of industry experience.
Before launching PassivPlans, he gained experience working on various projects with Arthur Martin at Martin Building Design. From residential extensions to commercial fit-outs and large industrial sheds, Steve has developed a diverse skill set making him well-prepared to help you depending on your project needs.
